Yes. you must use the Virgin Voyages app and ensure your passport information has been uploaded.
We will join the ship as a group at 13.45. Please disregard any time detailed on your Virgin Voyages App. Your correct time is 13.45.
The group will be hosted by the sales team throughout the voyage, in their free time they are welcome to purchase alcohol/speciality drinks but when they are with us we will charge to our account. You will also be gifted $200 Sailor Loot to your cabin to spend on-board as you wish.
All Barrhead Travel staff are covered under the company travel policy which will be emailed to you before departure.
Any purchases for food/drink etc that are not hosted or listed on the agenda will be at your own expense.

You do NOT need to check in for your flight however here is the PNR to view/change seats if you wish.
The Group PNR is E9RNOC. Please note you must only access your OWN booking under your name. Please do not make amends to anyone else's booking.
